Happy New Year for us!

I wish you a very happy new year for you.
Have you done something for new year? In Japan, till 8th Jan is called matsu no uti and means it's still in new year mood. We eat nanakusa gayu (rice gruel with 7weeds) at 7th jan. Rice gruel is easy for digestion. So we eat it and care stomach which is tired of rich party food and alcohol. And do you notice that every new year decoration is cleared away yesterday.

From today, we correct the posture for new year. 8th Jan is a kind of delimiter day and the second delimiter day is lunar new year (new year in old calendar), it's 8 feb. Like we often say, diet is from tomorrow, we need plural delimiter day.

every Today is a new day.
I wish you a nice day for today, too!
